It is my pleasure to invite you to the session on "Damage and Failure" in the 19the International Conference on Composite Materials (“ICCM19”) to be held in the beautiful city of Montreal, Canada from July 28-August 2, 2013. This session will include topics on:

• Multiscale modeling of damage and failure
• Progressive damage and failure analysis
• Failure analysis of wind turbine composites
• Structural integrity and damage tolerance
• Damage mechanisms in composites
• Failure criteria
