An example employing smeared crack model in ABAQUS documentation cannot converge?

 Dear all:
    I recently find an example in ABAQUS documentation cannont convergence.
    The parametres related with the iteration of the Risk method is 

arc length  initial increment    minmum increment  maximum increment  maximum number 
 1                0.0001                1E-10              1E+36       100000
    The location of the exmaple in ABAQUS documentation is Abaqus Example Problems Manual->1 Static Stress/Displacement Analyses->1.1 Static and quasi-static stress analyses-> 1.1.5Collapse of a concrete slab
