Ultrasonics Laboratory in the Material Science & Engineering
department is looking for a PhD student in the areas of ultrasonic characterization
of polycrystalline materials, composites and bonded structures. The position is
supported by research grants and is intended for several years. Strong
background in experimental and modeling aspects acoustics/ultrasonics
and signal processing is preferable. An MS degree in
ultrasonics is preferable. More details will be provided to interested
