Hi,
I am working on a tube that is called "detonation tube". I am studying the vibrational response of this tube to moving pressure loading(tube). This type of loading is repeted in many steps. I made a FE model of it in Abaqus. Otherwise, I have an analytical solution, but my results in nalytical solution is different from that in Abaqus. Actually, there is damping in results of FE model of detonation tube. It seems that this damping is artificial. In addition, the results in the first steps of loading profile is similar. How can I remove the damping effects in Abaqus? Please help me.
