Dear Colleague,
We would like to invite you to participate in the Annual Symposium on “Phononic Crystals and Metamaterials” at the ASME International Mechanical Engineering Congress and Expo (IMECE) to be held in Montreal, Quebec (Nov. 14-20, 2014).
Please find attached the Call-for-Papers for the symposium. The conference website is at: http://www.asmeconferences.org/congress2014/
To submit an abstract please click on “Submit Abstract” on the left side and follow the instructions. For the track, choose “Track 16 Vibration, Acoustics & Wave Propagation”, and for the topic, choose “16-5 Phononic Crystals and Metamaterials”.
The conference requires each contributor to submit an abstract by February 17. This abstract can be a short preliminary version at this stage and a final abstract can be submitted at a later date. Once you enter the website to submit your draft abstract, you will be given the option of "presentation only" or "full paper". If you choose the latter, the deadline for a draft version of the full paper is April 14, 2014. All other important dates/deadlines are listed in the website.
