 LG Fuel Cell Systems Inc. ("LGFCS") is a solid
oxide fuel cell ("SOFC") company focused on development of a one
(1)MW SOFC power system for distributed generation applications. The company
has two major share holders, LG Corp. and Rolls-Royce PLC, and facilities in
the United States (North Canton, Ohio - headquarters), the United Kingdom
(Derby) and Korea (Seoul). Product development has been focused on rapid
development of a prototype system into the commercial market.

 The position is within the Ceramics and Reliability Team
supporting the development, testing and analysis of the ceramic components used
in the construction of the LGFCS solid oxide fuel cells with the objective of
