Good morning, I am a student in civil engineering and I am trying to model a reinforced concrete beam with Ansys 15. I would like to ask to somebody how can I model the non linear behaviour of concrete. I have already tryied to use the inelastic non metal plasticity model provided by the software but I don't know where to find the parameters (and also definitions of them) required like:
- open shear transfer coef;
- closed shear transfer coef;
- uniaxial cracking stress;
- uniaxial crushing stress.
Is this model enought or do I have also to build a stress-strain curve for concrete?
Any help will be really appreciate. Thank you
