how to apply cyclic loads in direct cyclic low cycle fatigue

hiii My dear CAE simulators....

plz help me m doing fatigue life estimation of plate with hole problem under constant amplitude tensile-compression

In literature they have given
E=2.1*e5...
Poisson ratio=0.3
Yeild stress=390
Ultimate stress=560
Fatigue ductility coefficient=1.14
Fatigue ductility exponent= -0.67
Fatigue strength coefficient=169
Fatigue strength exponent=. -0.081
Cyclic strengthw coefficient=154
Cyclir sstrain hardening exponent= 0.123
Cracker growth efficiency=6.15e-10
Crack growth exponent=2.715
I defined only E ,Poisson ratio,yield stress=390, and plastic strain= 0

i havent define damage initiation..confused which i need to use?
Plz tell me how to define remaining cyclic properties??which model i need to use for damage initiation?

i applied tensile loading on both side(in abaqus it takes Top side face +ve P values and bottom side -ve P value)..i given input perodic amplute curve as for period t=2sec

Amp=1

circular freq=3.14

initial T=o

initial A=0

A=0

B=1

same amplitude given for both loads +ve and -ve P ..is it correct same amplitude curve for both +ve P n -ve P?

in STEP=DCA hv given T=2....selected LCF option.

element used =C3D8R...Mesh used=sweep axial meshing

( In literarue they have got as for 

1st load= Sa max =+ X   Sa min= - X 

2nd load= Sa max =+ Y   Sa min= -Y 

3rd load= Sa max =+ Z   Sa min= - Z  so on upto 10th loads )

but m not getting same value of Sa max and Sa min ...to calculate Sa max and Sa min.which values i have to consider?

highest max.value from max pri.stress  o/p values and lowest min.value from min.pri.stress o/p values???is it rite?

how to plot cyclic stress strain curve?

Plzzzzz Plzzzzzz Plzzz help me out.... whr i went wrong?
