VUMAT:The state variables are not updating after intial time increment

Hello Sir,

My ABAQUS model has two parts:1.Projectile,2.Target. I have written subroutine for target.I want to use inbuilt johnson cook damage model for projectile.How to use subroutine only for the target in ABAQUS analysis?

While using the VUMAT file with following input.I found out that the state variables are not updating.Suppose XFAIL in VUMAT is the failure stress generated at t=0 which is constatant through out the time.failure stress is different for each element which is generated according to weibull law.The value is not showing the value but showing zero value at different time step.Could you please check the code and give some suggestions to correct the code.

 NOTE:1.The material is isotropic elastic needs only E,poisson's ratio,material parameters.The other material parameters like weibull parameters are also given. Refer the papers provided for clarification.

 2.I am dealing with Impact problems so I need VUMAT

Am I updating the stress correctly?.IS MY VUMAT SUBROUTINE RIGHT?
