Poster Abstracts - accepted until Feb 19th for Nanobrücken 2016

 Nanobrücken 2016: A Nanomechanical Testing Workshop & Hysitron User Meeting will take place March 2nd - 4th, 2016 at the INM - Leibniz Institute for New Materials in Saarbrücken, Germany. This will be the 6th edition of the now-annual Nanobrücken workshop series. 

As in the past, the workshop is open to all aspects of nanomechanical and nanotribological testing, including biomechanical, in-situ experimentation and theory/simulation.

The Keynote Speaker for this year's workshop will be Prof. Ehrenfried Zschech, Division Director for Materials and Nanoanalysis at Fraunhofer Institute for Ceramic Technologies and Systems in Dresden

Please visit the workshop's website to view the Call for Abstracts. As in the past, the workshop is open to all aspects of nanomechanical and nanotribological testing, including biomechanical, in-situ experimentation and simulation/theory. Abstracts are being accepted until January 30th. Student contributions are strongly encouraged! 

In addition to keynote/invited/contributed talks, there will be a student talk competition open to anyone who is a student at the time of the workshop as well as a poster competition open to everyone. Congratulations to last year's award winners, Peter Imrich, Montanuniversität Leoben (Best Student Talk), and Johannes Ast, Universität Erlangen-Nürnburg (Best Poster).
