how to simulate a tensile loading with fortran

Hello,
i would like to simulate tensile test under strain's control with Fortran (i.e i impose strain and then i calculate the corresponding stress state). The curve strain-time that i want to impose is given by the attached file.
How can i write this cycle with Fortran?
