Responsibilities for this position may include:

• Design, implement, document, test and maintain new features in a Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) software application.
• Maintain and improve existing features in a CAE software application with an emphasis on architectural integrity, performance and test coverage.
• Identify and implement effective processes and procedures for accomplishing work.
• Encourage open expression of ideas and opinions; listen effectively.
• Use informal networks to get things done; use other expert resources when appropriate.

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years experience in design and implementation of object oriented software features (C++, C#, Java)
• Experience using XML technologies
• Experience formulating unit tests
• Experience using software performance profilers desirable
• Knowledgeable about current software development technologies and trends
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational, leadership, decision making skills
• Possess skills to work well in an open, multi-discipline, intense team environment
