Post-doc position at Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands

Professor GQ Zhang's research group has an immediate post-doc position at Delft University of Technology, Delft, the Netherlands. The position will be effective from January 2017 for at least two year period of contract. The applicant must have a PhD degree in engineering or science field with a strong record of publications in archived journals. The related research areas involve with micro-/nano- heterogeneous systems integration, reliability and manufacturing, and new material development. The expected duties for the position are to participate in various research projects, develop new research proposals/new research initiatives, and publish research outcomes in the archived journals and assist supervising students in research. The applicant should demonstrate skills in team leadership.  Mature presentation and writing skills are expected. The applicant in material science and engineering, materials modeling and characterization, solid and structural mechanics, and reliability engineering is strongly encouraged to apply.
