Looking for reliability engineer

 The process department in Huawei Technology in Shenzhen, China, is expanding our simulation capability. We are looking for reliability engineers that fit the job description below. If interested, please sent me your resume via koh.sau.wee@huawei.com

The requirement is as follows:-

1.         Specialized in the field of electronic packaging or/and mechanics of material

2.         Should be familiar with solder reliability, electronic packaging reliability(including drop impact reliability), finite element analysis and experimental methods with respect to board level reliability

3.         Should be able to independently define, build and validate realistic simulation models for components, board level and system level reliability for consumer and ICT’s products. (For example, mobile phone, pad, relay modules etc.

4.         If necessary, conducts fishbone analysis, FMEA anaylsis, DOE analysis to ensure our product meets their reliability requirement during the product design phase to identify reliability risks

5.         Familiarize with conventional reliability test standards (for both packaging and board level reliability) and should be able to conduct testing methods including material characterization methods.

6.         Familiar with Abaqus, moldflow, Hyperworks is a plus.
