Materials Today conducted an interview with Prof. Michael Dickey from North Carolina State University, the author of a paper published in Extreme Mechanics Letters (EML) that Chemical & Engineering News featured as a research highlight of 2016. In that paper, Prof. Dickey and his team report an extremely facile method to fabricate metallic wires at room temperature.
