PROBLEM: CONCRETE CYLINDER - COMPRESSION TEST IN ABAQUS

Hi everyone, 

I am learning Abaqus and wanna simulate a simple compression test on concrete cylinder using concrete damage platicity. I followed all directions from Youtube as well as Abaqus manual, unfortunately, the result (the stress-strain curve) was not correct. 
Could anyone can help me take a look at my file and give me some advices?
