Faculty positions in Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Physical Science and Engineering Division, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology.

We are recruiting faculty in Combustion with expertise in combustion modeling using high performance computing. The faculty members would also be expected to be affiliated with the Clean Combustion Research Center at KAUST.

The successful applicant should have a proven track record in publishing high-impact papers and is expected to establish a thriving research program. The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at KAUST currently has thirteen full-time faculty members, about 53 postdoctoral fellows and research scientists and more than 90 graduate students. Research areas include: combustion and energy, fluid mechanics, materials and solid mechanics, and dynamics and control. The Clean Combustion Research Center (CCRC) carries out cutting-edge research on all aspects of combustion from flame study to modeling.
