The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada invites outstanding applicants for a full-time tenured or tenure-tracked position at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor in Sustainable Structural Materials. The successful candidate is expected to have demonstrated a commitment to teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level, and research excellence or potential in one of the following disciplines:

-Innovative structural products and systems made with sustainable materials

-Structural performance of structural/building systems constructed with sustainable materials
