Description
(1) Machine learning enhanced computational mechanics for modelling and simulation of advanced materials;
(2) Supervision of undergraduate/postgraduate students.
Job requirements
(1) PhD degree in Mechanical/Computer/Material Science or related fields;
(2) Strong background in computational physics or solid/fluid mechanics, machine learning, and modeling of materials;
(3) Analytical and independent problem solving skill, and ability to develop theoretical models and implement numerical computation;
(4) Experience in developing source codes (Python and/or Fortran), and in use with (V)UMAT for software package ABAQUS, as well as SCIKIT-LEARN, TENSORFLOW;
(5) Good in English communication and technical writing.
