Upcoming Deadline

Dear colleagues,

The abstract submission deadline for the 26th Congress of the European Society of Biomechanics (ESB 2020, www.esbiomech2020.org.) is fast approaching.

Abstract submissions for podium presentations, posters and perspective talks are due by January 31, 2020.

No deadline extension is foreseen.

Notification of abstract acceptance will be given by March 31, 2020

The abstract submission procedure and templates are available at

We remind that the available submission formats are:

·       Podium presentation

·       Podium presentation with ESB student award

·       Podium presentation with ESB travel award

·       Podium presentation with ESB clinical biomechanics award

·       Perspective talk

·       Poster presentation.

As in the previous ESB conference, also ESB2020 “Perspective Talks” will be given by established leaders in their scientific domains with the purpose to present overviews or highlights on key research subjects on the congress topics. Researchers who intend to give a Perspective Talk are also encouraged to submit their abstract.

Further deadlines are:

·       Early registration: April, 30 2020;

·       Registration of presenters, May 22, 2020
