Postdoc opening at North Carolina State University

Applications are invited for an immediate postdoctoral associate opening in soft robotics and smart materials/structures in the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department at North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, US.

Candidates with strong experimental experiences in synthesis and fabrication of soft materials and stimuli-responsive smart materials, robotic materials and devices, advanced manufacturing, metamaterials, and soft active materials are preferred. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds in mechanics, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, materials science and engineering, electrical engineering, and chemical engineering etc. applying for this position.
