Post-doc positions available at Jiangsu University, China

Multiple postdoc positions are available at Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang, China. Those possessing PhDs in the area of computational mechanics, experimental mechanics and material science are sought. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in advanced numerical methods, surrogate modeling, surrogate-based optimization, machine learning methods, uncertainty quantification, data-driven design and optimization，Data and Model Hybrid (fusion) algorithm for structural prognosis and health management (PHM)，etc.

Job responsibilities (2-year recruitment)

Publish at least 2 papers indexed by SCI (JCR Q1 or Q2).

Application requirements

Having a doctoral degree (or a doctoral candidate) with age below 35.

Remuneration package

Basic salary: RMB 250,000/year before tax for those who get PhD degree awarded by universities ranked in World Top 300 or RMB 150,000/year before tax for those who get PhD degree awarded by universities ranked out of World Top 300.

Health insurance will be covered by Jiangsu University.

Post-doctoral apartment can be provided for full-time post-doctors by university.

Promotion to Faculty position at Jiangsu University may be given to those postdocs with priority if the final evaluation is excellent.
