Post-doc position in stochastic simulations of heterogeneous materials
Context
As part of a collaborative project between different industrial partners, research center and Universities, the main objective of the post-doctoral position will be to develop methodologies in the context of stochastic simulations.

Post-Doc opportunity
The project will be supervised by Prof. L. Noels of ULg (http://www.ltas-cm3.ulg.ac.be/), in close collaboration with the partners of the project. The position is that of a research engineer starting at the beginning of 2022.
Profile
The candidate should have a PhD degree in computational mechanics with solid knowledge of continuous mechanics and numerical methods. Good programming skills in in-house finite element tools are required (Applicants having used software they did not (contribute to) develop during their PhD will not be considered).
