Postdoctoral Position in Additive Manufacturing Process Simulation at SUSTech, China

 

Position Information

The CodeFab group (https://faculty.sustech.edu.cn/xiongy3/en/) at SUSTech, China, is seeking highly motivated postdoctoral researchers to conduct research in Additive Manufacturing Process Simulation. The project focuses on developing a software tool for predicting the residual deformation of SLM fabricated parts. Candidates with a background in solid mechanics, continuum mechanics, computational mechanics, and heat transfer are encouraged to apply. In addition, knowledge of open-source FEM software and its related pre-processing/post-processing tools is considered a plus. The position is a fixed-term appointment for two years.

 

Package

Basic salary: ≥RMB 335,000 RMB/year. Bonuses will be provided according to the work performance.
