Post-Doc position in “Multi-Physics simulations of Shape Memory Composites”

Context

 

 

As part of a collaborative project between different faculties of the University of Liege (Belgium), there is an open position to finalize the development and identification of a numerical models for shape memory composite.

 

 

Post-Doc opportunity

 

 

The project will be supervised by Prof. L. Noels of ULg (http://www.ltas-cm3.ulg.ac.be/). The position is that of a Post-Doc for renewable periods of 6 months (possibly on other projects) starting immediately.

 

 

Profile

 

 

The candidate should have a PhD degree in computational mechanics, with large experience in developing numerical models and coding in in-house finite element codes. Good programming skills are required. We are not looking for a user of commercial software.
