Submitted by Kostas Danas on
Dear Colleagues,

I would like to bring to your attention a CISM course on

“Electro- and magneto-mechanics of soft solids: experiments, modeling and instabilities”

that is planned to take place on

June 6-10, 2022 at Udine, Italy.

The School is addressed to doctoral students, post-docs and early career researchers with interest in active soft materials.
The course is designed to give an integrated experimental, numerical and theoretical viewpoint on such novel material systems
as well as possible future research directions in this field.

As organizers of this prestigious School, it is our pleasure to invite you to subscribe by the CISM Secretariat not later than

April 6, 2020.

For more information see the attached flyer and register in the following website: https://www.cism.it/en/activities/courses/C2203/

Although the course is offered by default in a hybrid format due to COVID uncertainties, all speakers are expected to attend the school in presence thus an on-site participation is more than welcome.

Kind regards,
