The Biomechanics Lab in the Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering at Marquette University and Medical College of Wisconsin is recruiting PhD students and Postdoctoral Research Associates starting in Spring 2023 to work in biomechanics and biomedical engineering research.
Project 1: The successful candidates will work on and contribute to ongoing research that solves problems related to the cardiovascular and brain by performing in vivo and ex-vivo small animal experiments as well as publish peer-reviewed journal papers. Additionally, the successful candidate for the postdoc position will be expected to help mentor students and write proposals. The successful candidate will enjoy ample training and networking opportunities.
Project 2:The successful candidates will work on and contribute to ongoing research that solves problems related to the cardiovascular and brain by developing multiscale/multiphysics computational models as well as publish peer-reviewed journal papers. Additionally, the successful candidate for the postdoc position will be expected to help mentor students and write proposals. The successful candidate will enjoy ample training and networking opportunities
