Successful candidates will contribute to research in areas related to Biomedical Engineering (as PI in our Research Institute among a few other PIs and research groups) and teaching in Mechanical Engineering.
Examples of desirable research areas include (but not limited to):
- Using biomechanical approaches (experimental and/or computational) to understand acute and chronic conditions
- Engineering solutions in surgical technologies, implant and medical devices
- Sensing and diagnostic technologies
