MSCA postdoctoral fellowship - support action of the University of Parma (ITALY) to prospective candidates

At the University of Parma (Italy) a call for supporting students wishing

to apply to the prestigious Marie Curie postdoctoral fellowship is now open.

The action wants to help students in preparing their project proposal under the supervision of  a university staff member, to be submitted to the 

Horizon Europe call (MSCA postdoctoral fellowship)

for a 2-year-long postdoctoral fellowship.

You can find my name and the topics I propose under the group "Information Science and Engineering".

Any research proposal dealing with the topics: solid mechanics, fracture and fatigue, advanced materials, soft matter, biological tissues is welcome.

The call closes on 31st January 2024 at 12.00 PM (CET time).

Selected students will be invited to come to Italy at Univ. of Parma for a 3-day long 

training course (13-17 May 2024) aimed at giving details on how to prepare the project proposal during summer 2024 for the above-mentioned European call.

An economic support of up to 2000 Euros for expense reimbursement will be paid to the selected students.

The final research project must be submitted to the European Commission by 11th Sept. 2024.

If successful, a very good scholarship will be provided to the applicant for a 2 year-long postdoctoral activity at the hosting institution under my supervision.
