A post-doc and a PhD position are available at the Multiscale Mechanics and Multiphysics of Materials Lab at the University of Brescia, https://m4lab.unibs.it/. Candidates will work with an international team, in a friendly and hard-working environment. Positions concern the broad area of multi-physics modeling and simulations, with applications in Mechanobiology (in collaboration with The MechanobiologyResearch Center at UNIBS - see https://www.mechanobiology-unibs.it/ ) and in metal deposition in battery cells, the so called plating and stripping (in collaboration with a major automotive company). Knowledge of multi-physics modeling is positively considered, proficiency in C++ coding and finite elements (preferably deal.ii - see https://dealii.org/) is mandatory for the post-doc position.
