The 36th Annual Robert J. Melosh Competition for the Best Student Paper in Computational Mechanics will be held at Duke University on October 10, 2025.
Current students, or those who graduated within one year of the deadline, are welcomed to participate and submit an extended abstract to the organizing committee. The deadline for submission is July 20, 2024 (due by 5PM ET). Further details can be found on the website of the competition. The winner, as determined by external judges, will receive the Robert J. Melosh Medal and a $500 prize.
