multiple sclerosis in the workplace; discipline as hope to cure disability legally justified

Submitted by spartica@hotmail.com on

I wish  to submit  a documented  newsworthy Candian superior court decision written in Frenchthat has not yet ciculated widely in English

It shows that an English Canadian  university used forced unpaid leaves of absence for harmless  clerical  typos caught in time despite the cancelled accommodation of an  assisted  double check having been cancelled because it was too costly.

The leaves were used as discipline in the 'HOPE' as an experiment to always get error free correct ordinary clerical office work.

To impose the discipline the UNiversity maintained  that the clerk diagnosed as afflicted with MS  once accommodted -  was afterwards A)predicted  as alwaysf fit and B)able to do any type of work, which is two types of discrimination in ms an clerical .work

MS can strike unaware and be cyclical and without a medical in each case of discipline to show after the fact ms  was not the cause of any disciplined perfomance ----

---The courts and university ruled the onus after the fact was the clerk's to show ms was the cause. Since the clerk could not do so, the clerk was convicted as fit. and able to do any type work and subject to discipline and dismisal without severance as cause for inability to do work hired for

The univerdity is renowned  for research into a cure for MS and is affiliated with Harvard and to date  has  kept quiet .  I think if being treated as always fit   while ill with ms  would mean a cure has been found

why when asked has the U remained silent?Any advice or given help needed  isappreciated.
