Yiled theory coefficients?

Submitted by r.nikhil on

Can anyone plz send me instructions on how to calculate the coefficients a,b,c,d,h (f,g = 1)  for YLD91 and subsequent ones? I have a rough idea, but if someone has explicit instructions ..

Hi Nikhil,

I have developed some fortran codes of new constitutive models for sheet metal forming processes,

which are used to model the plane anisotropy and hardening behavior during strain-path changes(such as

Bauschinger effect, transient behavior and permanant softening). In my research, I use "1stOpt" to

compute the coefficients of yield functions. I think "1stOpt" is a very powerful and easy mathtools to do

this.

If you only want to obtain the material parameters, maybe I can help you to compute it. I have

identified the material parameters of YLD 2000 by this software.

By the way, could you give a short introduction to your idea?

If you have any more questions you can contact me by MSN.  shunlai.zang [at] hotmail.com

Good luck!
