Although a very significant number of abstracts have been already received at the conference secretariat, the Organising Committee of the international conference Smart Structures and Materials (SMART’09, Porto 13-15 July 2009, www.fe.up.pt/~smart09) has decided to extend the deadline for abstracts submission until 31 October 2008. 

Interested contributors are requested to submit an abstract through the conference webpage.
