To all friends:
In light of the fact that i have a complicated model to calculate and i need more RAM to work on the Linux abaqus, i gonna insert more RAM into our workstation. Hence, could anyone tell me what is the maximum RAM i could insert in our computer (64bit system, Core2 Quad, 250G)?

The max RAM depends on the number of slots you have on your motherboard, whether you have a 64 bit or 32 bit Linux, and manufacturer's restrictions on the addressable space. For more you can look at
