I need to model a reinforced concrete slab in Abaqus, but actually I don't know how to build the reinforcement and how to assemble that by concrete slab. I appreciate it if anybody can send me an input file in this topic.

There is an example file with the title "COLLAPSE OF A CONCRETE SLAB" in the Example problem manual of Abaqus. See the Example problem manual of abaqus.
Input data files for all of the analyses are included with the Abaqus release in compressed files. For example, to get the input file for the above example named "collapseconcslab_s8r.inp" type ,
abaqus fetch job=collapseconcslab_s8r.inp
