Ansys Boundary Conditions for free-vibration MEMS cantilever power harvester

I'm using Ansys 12 for modeling and simulation. can you help me that, how I can enter data loads as boundary conditions for a piezoelectric cantilever beam?

i'm working on the project active vibration control using piezoelectrioc actuators using ANSYS.

i'm facing constraints in modeling and analysis of piezoelectric material using ANSYS.
