Regarding thermo mechanical simulation of Hot rolling

Hi ,

    I have to do a thermo mechanical simulation of rolls (which is used for hot rolling process). I did plain starin cold rolling problem using 2-d analytical rigid surface. But I am quite confused to do the same for hot rolling process. Since during hot rolling thermal load also comes into play. Now how to solve this thermo mechanical coupled problem is an utmost question to me. I have tried to understand the heat transfer problem from given examples of friction brake disk. But it was not cleared.

Can anyone suggest me some direction in this regard? Otherwise a good tutorial based on thermal analysis can also help me.Expecting some effective suggestions very soon.
