how to build a part form several points ??

i am new in Catia,



i calculate several coordinate points of a dam , with Matlab program



now i want to create body of dam ( part ) in Catia



i have a several coordinate points



how to build a part form several points ??



i attach a picture that show these points



green points and blue points



and



attach a 1 picture that show body of dam in abaqus program



i want to create this body form these points
