Good afternoon,
I am ANSYS user from couple 4 years, and now I must to study if some bolts resist or failure under pretension loads + suplementary loads.
I want to do this study, beside of ANSYS Mechanical APDL, to ANSYS LS Dyna.
The reason because I want to used ANSYS LS DYNA is that I want to show the Force when bolts failure+crack+fracture under applied loads. Unfortunately for me, I don´t have enough experience in ANSYS LS DYNA to settup it. So, please explain me in short words what material I must to do, and what condition must to made to input, to obtain a solution.
