At the laboratory of Computational Mechanics and Materials Science at Monash University, we have an opening for a postdoctoral research fellow position starting January 2011 in the general area of computational materials science. The ideal candidate will have PhD in materials science/mechanics/solid state physics or related fields with a strong background in atomistic simulation methods. The topics of interest include graphene and related materials, multiferroic materials, and quatum nanostructures.
