Description: To work on aproject related to modeling of composite materials and structures. The project focuses on micromechanics, multifunctional constituents and finite element implementation of developed models.
Requirements: Ph.D. in engineering, training in mechanics of composite materials and finite element analysis. Knowledge of commercial finite element codes, preferably ABAQUS, and programming in FORTRAN.
