You can find and preview
You can find and preview variety of books about BEM in Goolge-Books. But they are evidently protected with copyright so you can’t download them.
I can recommend you personal web page of Davide Bigoni (http://www.ing.unitn.it/~bigoni/). There you can freely download some of his articles with recent developments concerning BEM. Also source code is available there.
And of course you can search for some old books in Russian (you probably know Russian if you are from Moscow State University) as they are distributed freely over the internet now...
