SDU Mechanical Engineering

SDU Mechatronics and the Centre of Industrial Mechanics, part of the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Southern Denmark in Sønderborg, invites applications a position as associate or assistant professor in mechanical engineering, within multi-body dynamics and simulation, preferably with experience in one or more of the following fields: Linear Elasticity and Plasticity, CAD and CAE, Advanced Finite Element Methods including applications, and Advanced Materials.

I'm looking for a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher in the area of fatigue and fracture metal 3D printing pars. Candidates who are skilled in fatigue, 3D printable architected mechanical metamaterials, FE analysis of nonlinear solids, and fatigue fracture are encouraged to apply.
Selected candidate will work in Fatigue and Fracture of Materials group, under supervision of Dr. Malekan, at SDU Sønderborg - University of Southern Denmark.
