Hopkins Extreme Materials Institute (HEMI; hemi.jhu.edu) of The Johns Hopkins University is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow to work on modeling fragmentation in brittle materials under extreme loading conditions. The potential candidate should have a Ph.D., with some background in fracture mechanics and experience working with the finite element or other numerical methods.

I am seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow to work on theoretical and computational
modeling of Traumatic Brain Injury. The position is available immediately. The
potential candidate should have a
Ph.D. (or must have completed the requirements for the Ph.D.) with a background in Solid Mechanics, Biomechanics or related field. The candidate
will be a part of Hopkins Extreme Material Institute (hemi.jhu.edu), under the
guidance of K.T. Ramesh and myself.
