weld simulation

i am a metallurgical engineering. and recently i am trying welding residual stress simulation using abaqus .

i
have some problem .i think i should set a thermal history for the material
witch is welded in simulation. i want to know how can i set a temperature
dependant properties like tensile stress or  yield stress and ...

you
know in welding the weld  cools from 1400 in steels to room
temperature. where can u fine the temperature dependant mechanical and
physical properties? i found some information in ASM handbooks but
there are not enough.another thing is in determining some boundary
condition and predefined filed.if u have some tutorial or cmd
file for weld simulation please send me. thank u very much
