I recently interested in multi-sclae modelling problems. and i want to know what's most advanced open source program to multi-scale simulation?

As far as I know, quasicontinuum is the only open source code for multi-scale simulation. you may want to check it out here. http://www.qcmethod.com/

Well that is not true. LibMultiScale (http://personnes.epfl.ch/guillaume.anciaux
http://libmultiscale.gforge.inria.fr/) is open source. Still it may be not as stable as QC and provide only dynamics simulation features.

Let's have a look !
