ABAQUS subroutine for piezoelectric material

Hi,
I need to model a 3D piezoelectric material in ABAQUS then i need to include the non-linear constitutive equation to understand the behaviour of the material, please help me to know whether i need to use UMAT or VUMAT subroutine for incorporating the non-linear constitutive equation.

If abaqus does not have that included, you should use user subroutine..

HI, i new user in abaqus. I got file.inp already make import file. I need of the coordinates, topologic (nodes) matrices and displacement vector.
How can i extract this matrices?
