There stands a common way to check the process in the recent papers of each journal you have in mind. Thus, you may estimate how fast they are in the revewing process as well as the publication issues.

Thanks for your comment. Checking recent articles published in journals, as you said, helps to have an idea of how fast they are in reviweing and publishing but
you will find different, sometimes very different, time periods between submission to publication, for articles published in the same journal. I was asking for some
high standard journals with fast publishing policy.
