I would suggest just using an RSS feed reader. However, there are options for getting it as an email. Do a search for "RSS to email" and you'll find some hits. Maybe https://www.feedmyinbox.com/ would give you what you're looking for?
If you are looking for a specific post within a certain section, there are automatically created RSS feeds for each post. Just click on the RSS feed button at the bottom of the post's page and take the URL.
